At UrestFoam.com, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we allow exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Condition of Items: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Time Frame: You must request an exchange within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your exchange.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot exchange:
Custom-made or personalized items.
Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards.
Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, contact our Customer Service team at support@urestfoam.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the exchange is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange an exchange for the same product at no extra cost to you.

5. Gifts

• Gift Refunds: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
• Gift Purchaser Refunds: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return
