- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Time Frame: You must initiate the return process within 10 days of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
3. Return Process
- Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@urestfoam.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Gift Refunds: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Gift Purchaser Refunds: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.
